Zaptrom replaces the scraper, the enrichment tool, the sequencer and the copywriting tab with one workspace that sends from the inbox you already use. Here is what that changes in practice.
Free plan, no credit card, no new inbox to learn.
Gmail, Outlook or your own SMTP. Replies land in the same thread you always use.
Every business arrives with its site checked, details filled in and a confidence level you can see.
Give the AI a sample of how you write once, then edit drafts instead of starting from a blank page.
Projects, columns, notes, sent history and opens live together instead of in four separate tools.
Six things Zaptrom does that normally take a spreadsheet, two subscriptions and an afternoon.
You connect Gmail or Outlook with the provider's own consent screen, or a mailbox over SMTP. Zaptrom sends through that account, so the sender is you, the signature is yours, and the conversation continues in your normal inbox.
Paste one email you are proud of and Zaptrom learns the shape of it: sentence length, greeting, sign off, how direct you are. Every draft after that starts from your voice and uses what the research found about that specific business.
AI Lead Finder takes a plain sentence such as dental clinics in Brno without a booking system and runs a staged search: plan, discover, verify against the live website, enrich, then quality check. Candidates arrive for review before anything is imported.
Verification visits the company website and matches what it finds against the candidate. Each field carries a confidence level and the source it came from, so a low confidence email address is visible before you email it rather than after it bounces.
Each business gets a fit score with a short written reason, so a list of fifty is already ordered by who is worth an email today. Filter by score group, sort, and work down from the strongest matches.
Projects keep clients, markets or campaigns apart. Inside a project you get a spreadsheet that understands outreach: custom columns, colour coding, notes, duplicate warnings, sent history and open tracking, plus invited team members with editor or viewer access.
The same fifty prospects, handled two ways. This is the part that gives you the afternoon back.
Zaptrom is a young product, so there are no customer logos or reviews to show you yet. Instead, here is exactly how it behaves. Every item below is something you can check yourself inside the app.
Outreach is sent through the Gmail, Outlook or SMTP account you connect. Zaptrom does not send your outreach from its own domain or from a shared pool.
Gmail and Outlook are connected through the provider's own consent screen. Gmail is connected with send permission only, so Zaptrom cannot read your Gmail mailbox.
Access tokens, refresh tokens and any SMTP password are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The key exists only on the server and is never sent to the browser.
Every row belongs to a project, and access is checked in the database itself with row level security rather than only in the interface. Invited members get editor or viewer access, nothing wider.
AI Lead Finder shows its stages, the sources behind each field and a confidence level, and puts candidates in front of you before importing. Scores come with the reasoning behind them.
The free plan works without a card and includes a Discovery Credit, your own connected mailbox and the full companies table. Paid plans are 12 and 39 US dollars a month, listed in full on the pricing page.
Outreach carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed addresses are suppressed so they are not contacted again from your account.
Analytics that need consent load only after you accept them, tracking data is kept minimal, and the Privacy Policy describes what is stored rather than speaking in generalities.
